Sharon Coogle

Although Sharon Coogle started her yoga quest in 1979, she commenced serious study of yoga in 2005  under the tutelage of certified Iyengar instructors. In 2013, she began training with Betty Larsen in Precision Alignment Yoga™, believing this school of yoga provides the maximum physical safety, the greatest wisdom of the human body and the most fun of all yoga traditions. In 2016 she received her 500-hour Teacher’s Certification through the Southern Institute for Yoga Instructors.
