Elma Weil Ettman Scholarship Fund
Elma Ettman was one of the founding members of the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association, as well as the Fannin County Heritage Foundation. Elma worked tirelessly to create an art destination in our community, and volunteered each week at the Art Center until recent years. Elma's decades of information and history were sought often, and she willingly provided her knowledge. Upon Elma's passing in 2023, with generous support of family and friends, the Elma Weil Ettman Scholarship Fund was established to help the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association continue it's mission of providing opportunities in the realm of the Arts for our community, and advance the education of young people, aged 17 to 25, who are aspiring artists.
