There is only one rule in this unique, self-expressive art class…be a kid for a bit! The Instructor, an artist and an intuitive guide, has had so many people start this program with the words, “But I’m not an artist”. That is the critical adult self. Painting with your hands gives you permission to let go of rules and regulations of creating art so you can just focus on having fun and allowing your inner artist to intuitively express itself. It allows for inner thoughts, feelings and emotions to reveal themselves onto canvas in vibrant shapes and colors that sometimes cannot be expressed in works. The student will paint on a canvas with their hands, so wear clothes that you can get messy in. This class is fun and engaging. Students have reported powerful, interesting insights into their lives through this process of artistic creation. Bring a friend or family and get inspired to create!
