Learn and laugh and create a masterpiece! Candy Day will lead you step-by-step in the creation of your painting as you enjoy a glass of wine! No painting experience needed. The theme of this class will put you in the spirit of the Holidays. You will be painting two 5 X 7 Christmas Ornaments on canvas. You’ll be surprised by what you learn along the way, but even more so, you’ll be surprised by what you are capable of! All painting supplies and a glass of wine will be provided. We ask that you are 21 years of age, and suggest you wear old clothes, in case of an incident with a wet brush or clumsy elbows near loaded palettes.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
M. Camille Day, known as Candy to friends and family, is an artist from North Georgia, committed to capturing the people and places that inspire her imagination through painting. Camille maintains a gallery/studio space in The Art Center, Blue Ridge Mountains Art Association, in Blue Ridge, GA, where she also teaches. She is a Signature Member of the Women Painters of the Southeast and the Southeastern Pastel Society, a member of Oil Painters of America, the Pastel Society of America, the American Impressionist Society and the Southern Appalachian Artist Guild, where she is a Signature Member and past President. Most recently, she has been named as the 2015 Women Painters of the Southeast awards judge, as well as the juror for two other Georgia shows. Camille Day has won numerous awards and her work has been juried into many national and international shows, many of which are now in private collection.
